Job Brief

We are looking for a proactive and creative Outreach Assistant to support an agency that represents high-profile influencers. The role involves researching and reaching out to potential brands, event organisers, and agencies to promote influencer talent and generate paid collaboration opportunities. You'll be responsible for managing outbound communications via cold emails, DMs, and social media engagement, while also assisting in light marketing tasks such as LinkedIn posts and email campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify brand, agency, event, and sponsorship opportunities that align with each influencer's profile.
  • Conduct outreach through cold emails, direct messaging on social platforms, and LinkedIn.
  • Customise and send introductory pitch messages to promote influencer talent.
  • Maintain outreach logs, follow-up tasks, and performance tracking.
  • Support content creation and publishing of social media posts (primarily LinkedIn).
  • Assist with drafting and sending EDMs (email campaigns) to prospective partners.
  • Liaise with the agency team to understand the unique value of each influencer and align messaging.
  • Support CRM or outreach system updates as needed.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in influencer marketing, outreach, lead generation, or virtual assistant roles.
  • Excellent English written communication skills, especially for professional pitch writing.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to track multiple outreach efforts at once.
  • Based in the Philippines, with part-time or full-time availability during Australian business hours.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and follow through on outreach tasks.

Desirable

  • Experience working in PR, talent management, or digital marketing.
  • Understanding of influencer-brand partnerships, sponsorships, and paid collaborations.
  • Familiarity with email tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.) or basic CRM systems.
  • Interest in fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or entertainment media.

Software Proficiency

  • Outreach Tools: Email, LinkedIn Messaging, Instagram/Facebook DMs
  • CRM: Airtable, Google Sheets, or other simple tracking tools
  • Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor (preferred)
  • Content Support: Canva, Google Docs, LinkedIn posting tools
  • Communication: Gmail, Slack, Zoom
