Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Sales Caller
Location: Remote
Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Lead
Role Summary
Techosoft is looking for a results-driven Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and client outreach through outbound and inbound calling. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in India, Australia, and the Philippines
- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads professionally
- Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn, directories, and CRM tools
- Maintain and update lead databases such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
- Schedule meetings, demos, or introductory calls for the sales team
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging
- Provide weekly reports on outreach activity and lead conversion
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound/inbound calling or virtual sales
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi, Tagalog, or other regional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
- Experience in B2B or service-based industries is preferred
