Building Business Leaders of Tomorrow Today (BBLOTT) is a nonprofit organization helping small business owners—especially barbers and salon professionals—access free training on business structure, funding education, grants, and credit readiness. We partner with Insane & Fantastic Marketing (IFM) to reach out to business owners who can benefit from these free resources.

Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated Virtual Assistants (VAs) based in the Philippines to join our outreach team. Your role is to make manual phone calls to barbershops and salons in the U.S., introduce BBLOTT, and see if owners would like to receive more information. This is not a sales role—you will only be offering free nonprofit training and resources.

Responsibilities

☐ Make manual outbound calls to barbershops and salons using our CRM (GoHighLevel).

☐ Follow a short, friendly script to introduce BBLOTT and ask if they'd like more info.

☐ Record outcomes in the CRM (interested, not interested, call back, wrong number, etc.).

☐ Collect emails for owners who want more information, and log consent if they request text updates.

☐ Respect "Do Not Call" (DNC) requests and mark them immediately in the system.

☐ Work U.S. business hours (8am–9pm local time to the shop, adjusted for time zones).

☐ Attend short check-in meetings with the team to review results and strategies.

☐ Strong English communication skills (clear speaking voice, confident tone).

☐ Reliable internet connection and headset.

☐ Previous experience in cold calling, customer service, or appointment setting (preferred but not required).

☐ Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational.

☐ Comfortable using CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a plus).

☐ Professional, polite, and persistent without being pushy.
