We are looking for a committed and talented Line Cook to join our Kitchen Operations team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Kitchen Head and Senior Line Cook to prepare dishes, uphold kitchen standards, and ensure every menu item is cooked to a high standard. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking and comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Handle ingredient prep, including chopping, slicing, dicing, and marinating according to recipe guidelines.
  • Cooking: Prepare and plate dishes based on the menu and customer specifications while maintaining top-quality standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and mixers.
  • Quality Assurance: Keep an eye on food quality, presentation, and consistency, making adjustments when necessary.
  • Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Inventory Support: Assist in managing inventory by receiving, storing, and tracking kitchen supplies and production.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations and a positive working atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of cooking experience, ideally in a cloud kitchen or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
