Job description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring food safety, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food is cooked and presented in an appealing manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including sanitizing workstations.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage food storage and inventory, minimizing waste.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and follow instructions from chefs or kitchen managers.
  • Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Culinary training or relevant certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Lifting and carrying heavy pots, pans, or food items.
  • Working in hot and busy kitchen environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php14,100.00 per month
