MAIN SCOPE:

  • Ensure all sales are accurately recorded through the kitchen's Point of Sale systems and that Official Receipts are issued for every order.
  • Support product availability by properly maintaining and updating item inventories in Alfred and third-party platforms or devices.
  • Perform administrative tasks for the Operations department.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with Line Cooks and Stockmen regarding item availability and stock status.
  • Maintain a fully functional workstation, ensuring that the PC, tablet, internet connection, and printers are operational for seamless order processing.
  • Keep receipts organized, properly stored, handled, and clean.
  • Assist in dispatching orders when needed, especially for Mart orders.
  • Stay knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation principles; regularly review and observe kitchen practices to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Ensure that all staff strictly comply with CQSMA standards (cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and atmosphere).
  • Perform other operational tasks as assigned by management.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Accuracy and completeness of receipts for all orders.
  • Improved data reporting through timely submission of canceled and voided receipts.
  • Faster cooking and dispatch times by ensuring quick order relay to line cooks and issuance of official receipts.
  • Contribution to sales and transaction growth through improvements in the above metrics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate or at least a second-year college level.
  • Previous experience as a cashier in a fast-food environment.
  • Knowledgeable in POS operations.
  • Experience in dispatching, handling register receipts, and managing order fulfillment systems.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules and a 6-day workweek.
