A Snapshot of Your Role

The Account Executive provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The role involves managing communications, organizing documents, coordinating schedules, and assisting various departments in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Your day could see you:

· Provide administrative support (documentation, filing, confirmations, reports).

· Prepare, check, and format client proposals.

· Manage booking procedures: authorizations, entering, checking, filing broadcast agreements.

· Generate post-campaign reports and revenue reporting.

· Maintain Salesforce / client database accurately.

· Support creative process administration: client approvals, material instructions

· Handle account queries follow-up (process-related, factual queries) Develop and maintain filing/workflow systems.

· Support broader admin team and cross-team collaboration.

· Ensure compliance with policies, OHS, and reporting requirements (process level).

A Bit About You

· Good communication skills in English.

· Backoffice, admin, data encoding or virtual assistant experience.

· Good comprehension and attention to details

· College Graduate (Preferred but not required – Math/Engineering/Bank/Financial Course)

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)

· Amenable to work in Ortigas
