Job description:

An e-commerce account executive is a professional who manages and grows relationships with key clients, often e-commerce brands, by developing and executing sales strategies. They are responsible for handling customer accounts, closing deals, managing sales channels, and analyzing metrics to drive growth and meet sales targets. Key responsibilities

  • Client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and closing deals with new ones.
  • Sales and strategy: Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Account management: Managing online sales channels, submitting orders, and monitoring sales performance.
  • Data analysis: Tracking sales metrics, analyzing online feedback, and preparing sales reports to make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams, distributors, and other stakeholders to increase traffic and sales.
  • Problem-solving: Identifying client pain points and proposing effective solutions, often related to e-commerce supply chains or platforms.
  • E-commerce platform expertise: Demonstrating knowledge of e-commerce platforms (like Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify) and digital marketing channels (such as social media, email, and SEO).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
