About the role

MLM Foods, Inc. is seeking a talented Business Development Officer for an additional position in our Toll Department to join our dynamic team in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a full-time BDO. You will drive the company's growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, conducting market research, and creating sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Lead generation for major and minor toll clients.
  • Lead generation for institutional partners.
  • Attend to customer complaints escalated by the sales operations team.
  • Coordinates with Research and Development for new product development of prospective/existing clients.
  • Coordinate with Finance on product costing.
  • Submit the client product for sensory evaluation and validation.
  • Formalize price quotations as duly approved by the Operations Manager.
  • Conduct market scanning and assist in identifying strategic locations for In-Store outlets or pop-ups.
  • Other tasks as deemed necessary by the management.

What we're looking for

  • College degree holder, preferably in Business Administration Major in Marketing or its equivalent
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a related building relationship with a client.

●     Capable of driving and holds a valid driver's license, comfortable with fieldwork and client visits.
