JOB SUMMARY

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for 
onboarding new clients, generating sales, and expanding the company's market presence in IT Managed Services
. This role involves 
field work (client visits), social media campaigns, and data-driven sales strategies
 to support the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate has 
proven sales experience in IT Managed Services
, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to translate technical IT solutions into clear business value for clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboard and manage new clients, ensuring smooth handover to the delivery/technical team.
  • Conduct 
    field visits
     and client presentations to promote IT Managed Services solutions (e.g., network monitoring, cybersecurity, cloud services, IT support, infrastructure management).
  • Set, plan, and implement 
    social media and communication campaigns
     to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Achieve 
    sales and business development targets
    , aligned with the company's IT growth strategy.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in 
    IT Managed Services
    , developing initiatives to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals that align IT services with client business needs.
  • Prepare and present 
    accurate KPI reports, sales forecasts, and market insights
     to senior management.
  • Use 
    data and client feedback
     to refine sales strategies and improve the overall sales cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 
    1 year of proven sales experience in IT Managed Services
     (required).
  • Strong background in 
    client onboarding, deal negotiation, and closing sales in IT solutions/services
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    IT concepts and services
     such as:
  • Network monitoring & management
  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • Cloud services (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
  • IT helpdesk and technical support
  • Infrastructure and systems management
  • Proficient in 
    MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
     and comfortable using CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with experience engaging 
    decision-makers (IT Managers, CIOs, CTOs, and business owners)
    .
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Amenable to report 
    3 days onsite in Alabang
     and willing to do 
    field work
    .
