The business development manager will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, cost-efficient, and client-focused BPO solutions for international clients. This role requires strong expertise in pre-sales solutioning, proposal development, and delivery model design across customer service, technical support, and back-office functions. The business manager will focus on sales, operations, technology, and transition teams to develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and solution blueprints that align with client requirements and organizational capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep BPO industry knowledge, capable of presenting solutions to both internal stakeholders and executive-level client representatives. This role also plays a critical part in ensuring smooth transition planning and supporting the implementation of successful BPO engagements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php120,000.00 per month
