What you'll do:

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth by sourcing new opportunities, managing relationships, shaping strategies, and helping close deals. You will be part of a dynamic team, working cross-functionally and interfacing with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Originate new business through a variety of channels (brokers, referrers, direct clients, accountants).
  • Promote financial and lending products (residential, commercial, bridging, development, private credit) if relevant to Manager role.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop & execute business development and sales strategies; build pitches, proposals, and tailored offerings.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new clients/referral partners, ensuring excellent service and communication.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, client information, deals, and follow-ups.
  • Assist / lead deal structuring, liaising with credit, legal, operations teams as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders, and ensure consistent performance vs targets.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business plans as needed.

Successful candidates must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years experience in business development, sales, or financial services.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of financial products / credit risk / deal structuring (for Manager level preferred).
  • Client-centric mindset and strong relationship building skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing pipelines.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, target-driven.

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
  • Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
