Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Officer with proven experience in IT Managed Services who can drive growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and deal closures. This role is for someone who combines strong sales expertise with leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full business development cycle: prospecting, pitching, onboarding, and managing client accounts.
  • Conduct field visits to client sites and build strong long-term relationships.
  • Set, plan, and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with business growth goals.
  • Drive initiatives to expand the client base and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare and present KPI reports, forecasts, and growth insights to senior management.
  • Leverage data and market intelligence to optimize sales performance.
  • Mentor and support junior business development staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT Managed Services.
  • Strong background in client onboarding, sales, and closing deals.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other business applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Alabang (3 days per week) and conduct field work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
