Business Development Officer

We are looking for a driven Business Development Officer to help expand our client portfolio and strengthen our IT Managed Services business. This role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales growth through both fieldwork and digital engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and skilled in presenting IT solutions that deliver real value to organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to introduce IT Managed Services offerings, including network management, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and system support.
- Support marketing and lead generation activities through social media and communication initiatives.
- Meet sales and business development targets aligned with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to enhance business growth.
- Collaborate with technical teams to craft proposals and service solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and market analyses for management.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to refine sales approaches and improve client satisfaction.
- At least one (1) year of experience in IT sales, preferably in Managed Services or IT Solutions.
- Background in client acquisition, account management, and deal negotiation.
Familiarity with IT services such as:
Network monitoring and management
- Cybersecurity and data protection
- Cloud-based solutions (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
- Technical support and infrastructure services
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to report onsite in Alabang (3 days a week) and perform client visits as needed.
