Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related courses.
  • 2 to 5 years professional experience handling financial transactions, processing and validation invoinces.
  • Familiarity to use any accounting software (example: SAP, Quickbooks, and ERP tool)
  • Able to speak, read, write in Chinese is required.
  • Must have strong internet connection due to Remote / Work From Home arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and check daily invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Match purchase orders, goods received, and invoices before approving payment.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice errors, discrepancies, and delayed payments.
  • Review reports to identify and clear outstanding payment issues.
  • Respond to and assist suppliers and internal teams with payment inquiries.
  • Work with other departments to fix invoice or payment problems.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and prepare month-end account reports.
  • Follow company policies, accounting standards, and support process improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php110, Php130,000.00 per month
