JOB SUMMARY

The
Documentation Specialist
prepares and manages the documentation of the client's availments and termination documents. He/She ensures that the submitted documentary requirements are complete and in compliance with credit policies and necessary clearances have been detained for the release of collaterals

How you'll contribute

  • Prepares document/contracts for a client's availment and termination documents conducts initial review of documents in accordance with bank policies.
  • Reviews initial submission of documentary requirements based on credit policies/guidelines to ensure completion, correctness and accuracy of information
  • Ensures that contracts/documents are correctly and accurately prepared.
  • Endorses reviewed documentary requirements to Credit Documentation Officer evaluation and endorsement to SBC CADD.
  • Secures clearances of fully paid accounts
  • Prepares termination documents

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
  • With 1-2 years of work experience is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Has basic Credit Management, Loans transactions
  • Computer literate, record keeping and file maintenance
  • Organized, detail-oriented, keen to see discrepancies in details (e.g. Names, addresses and other client information)
