About the Role:

As an Asset Documentation Specialist (ADS), you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and reliable stenciling of engine and chassis numbers for all types of vehicles. You will play a key role in supporting loan processing requirements (pre- and post-disbursement), quality assurance checks, and compliance with LTO registration standards. You will also assist in collections-related activities, helping safeguard the integrity of asset documentation throughout the loan lifecycle.

What you will do:

• Perform accurate stenciling of engine and chassis numbers for different vehicle types.
• Ensure all stencils are clear, legible, and compliant with LTO and company documentation standards.
• Support the Collections Team during Vehicle and Business Quality Assessment Checks.
• Inspect vehicles tied to current and past-due accounts, ensuring accurate documentation of their condition.
• Assist during repossession, resale, or transfer of ownership processes by providing correct asset documentation.
• Maintain proper records of asset-related documentation and submit timely reports.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

What we will need:

• Knowledge of vehicle parts and locations of engine/chassis numbers.
• Background in automotive servicing or related vocational training (TESDA NC I/II in Automotive Servicing preferred).
• Experience in car dealerships, auto shops, or vehicle registration processing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive asset documentation.
• Physically fit to perform stenciling on various vehicle types.
• Ability to adapt and learn collection-related tasks.
