Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and employee records.
- Help address employee concerns and assist in disciplinary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of HR or recruitment experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and can handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems or tools.
