Job Brief

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and innovative Business Developer to elevate our company's market position and financial growth.

This role involves researching business opportunities and viable income streams, establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, and increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

Our ideal candidate has a profound understanding of the industry trends, market dynamics, sales process, and possesses excellent negotiation skills.

The ultimate aim of the Business Developer will be to improve our organization's market position and achieve financial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities for the business
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives
  • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization
  • Provide leadership to the sales team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer or a relevant role in sales
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php100,000.00 per month
