  • Provide complete administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Receipts (DR), Job Orders, and all related sales documents
  • Assist in encoding, updating, and maintaining sales records, trackers, and databases
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounting for deliveries, stock availability, billing, and payment validation
  • Monitor and follow up pending requirements from clients or internal departments
  • Prepare sales reports, daily monitoring sheets, and weekly updates
  • Handle filing, organizing of documents, and maintaining proper documentation systems
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, client coordination, and other sales-related activities
  • Support general administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Supervisor/Manager
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or related fields
  • At least 1 year experience in Sales Admin or Admin roles (fresh grads may apply if highly trainable)
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
