Trading Card Sourcing Virtual Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Trading Card Sourcing Virtual Assistant to help us source and order trading cards online. You will begin with 10 hours per week, with the strong possibility of expanding to full-time (40 hours/week) within 1–2 months based on performance.

If you are resourceful, organized, and have experience purchasing from online marketplaces, this role may be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and purchase trading cards from various online shops using our account
  • Compare listings and prices across multiple websites
  • If items are unavailable or overpriced, search and buy through eBay
  • Evaluate listings based on pricing, shipping time, seller ratings, and item availability
  • Log every completed order into our Google Sheets tracking system
  • Communicate progress and report completed tasks and purchases
  • Follow established SOPs and instructions accurately and consistently

Qualifications

  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Experience buying from eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to follow detailed instructions
  • Strong online research and comparison shopping skills
  • Experience with trading cards, sports cards, or collectible items (preferred)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with Google Sheets
