Join our growing team and play a vital role in managing the commercial success and profitability of high-value façade projects across Metro Manila. Qualifications: Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical course Minimum 7 years of solid experience in the construction industry, specifically in facade, curtain wall, or glazing systems Strong knowledge of contracts, costing, bidding, quantity take-off, and project commercial management Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant project costing tools Must be able to start ASAP Applicants without experience in the construction or facade industry need not apply. Scope of Work & Core Functions: Lead and manage the commercial, cost, and contract administration aspects of facade and curtain wall projects Oversee tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation Ensure accurate project costing, budgeting, and cost tracking throughout project lifecycles Coordinate with the Project Management, Procurement, and Engineering teams for cost efficiency and profitability Handle client billing, variation orders, and claims management Ensure compliance with company and client commercial policies and procedures Provide strategic input on pricing, risk management, and financial forecasting Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): KRAs Project Profitability Contract Compliance Cost Accuracy & Budget Control Timely Billing & Collections Client Satisfaction KPIs Achieve target project margins and profitability goals Maintain 100% accuracy in cost estimates and financial forecasts Ensure zero delays in contract documentation and billingSecure on-time collections and approved variation orders Maintain positive client evaluations and repeat project opportunities Core Competencies: Commercial & Contract Management Expertise Analytical and Financial Acumen Strategic Negotiation & Decision-Making Leadership and Team Coordination Technical Understanding of Facade & Glazing Systems If you’re an experienced commercial professional who wants to grow in a dynamic, engineering-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
