As an HR Staff - Recruitment at ACOM, you will play a crucial role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates for various roles within an organization.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Maintains and updates the employee database files (including but not limited to: 201 files, Masterlist, etc.)
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment.
  • Focus on the sourcing and documentation part of the recruitment.
  • Follow up pre-employment requirements of upcoming hires.
  • Remind the new hires regarding their onboarding dates.
  • Follow up and remind candidates regarding their availability for an interview and schedule date.
  • Assists with other HR related duties and responsibilities if needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, any course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be adept with MS Office and other common platforms.
  • Above average English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Should have a pleasing personality, results driven, and displays high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Willing to report on site in Ortigas Pasig City.
  • Can start ASAP.
