
Human Resources Senior Manager

Job Overview :
Oversees the overall strategic direction, planning, coordination, administration and evaluation of the human resources function of Santé International, Inc, including its subsidiaries and companies across different countries. Responsible for developing and ensuring effective implementation of plans, systems, policies and processes for workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management and development, employee engagement, legal compliance/labor relations, 201 record management, employee relations, total rewards (compensation and benefits), and payroll.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversees the entire Global and Local Human Resources function within the Sante Group of Companies. Lead and develop HR resources across all countries and industries of operations.
- Ensures a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement at all times. Maintains the set company culture and ensures core values are followed by all employees
- Oversee manpower planning and recruitment efforts to ensure that the organization is effectively and efficiently sourcing and selecting the right candidates for every defined positions.
- Develop and drive talent management strategies to ensure effective staffing alignment with the needs of the business. Create systems to attract talent, identify critical talent needs, develop core competencies and corresponding development opportunities.
- Ensures proper resource and succession plan is in place to drive a high level of productivity and to ensure business continuity
- Continuously identify and implement ways to increase staff retention and productivity, including strategies to enhance employee engagement, leadership and staff development, regular feedback and coaching, career pathing, and promoting a coherent organizational culture leading towards the company's imperative to be an "Employer of Choice."
- Lead the effective and efficient administration of the performance management process, making sure that the organization's managers acts as effective people managers equipped to engage in constructive and ongoing feedback and coaching, collaborate effectively when co-managing staff, and encourage staff to actively participate in identifying and addressing performance gaps.
- Ensures compliance to all relevant labor laws and regulations. Educates and advises managers and senior leaders on HR-related legal and regulatory matters and ensuring HR programs, practices and policies are aligned.
- Ensures that employee files and records are properly, completely and securely maintained. Designs, Continuously improves and implements competitive compensation systems and benefit packages to attract and retain employees.
- Drives continuous improvement and innovation to improve HR processes and optimize/integrate HR technology enabling managers and employees to easily perform people-related transactions, facilitates delivery of effective HR services, securely maintains employee data, and supports people-related decisions.
- Ensures compliance and conformity to set labor laws and compensation/benefits structure in the different industries and countries of operations Represents the company on external events, as assigned
Qualifications
- Education level – Graduate of Human Resources Management, Phychology, Business Management/Administration or other related course
- Experience – With atleast 5 years work experience Human Resources Dept/Division Head
- Specific skills – Strong Leadership and Coaching Skills, Strategic and Tactical Thinker, Critical thinker and with good problem-solving skills. Extensive knowledge in country labor laws and HR & OD principles. Good presentation skills
- Personal characteristics – Good Communication and inter-personal Skills, Pleasing Personality, Team Player, Strong leadership, motivational and people skills .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
