Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers to achieve production goals.
  • Implement production schedules and ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Ensure that products meet quality standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that materials are available when needed.
  • Prepare and submit production reports, including performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to production team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or any related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully supervising a production team.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
