A Roving Supervisor is responsible overseeing operations across multiple branches, ensuring adherence to standards, managing staff, and resolving issues, often requiring frequent visit branch and conduct audit.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production or other employees.
  • Assign tasks, set expectations, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training.
  • Address employee issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations.
  • Identify and address potential problems or areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant SOP of the Store working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and other employees.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
