Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure efficient workflow, proper manpower allocation, and alignment of production activities with sales forecasts. This role supports smooth production, maintains quality standards, and coordinates with various departments to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage manpower plotting for daily and weekly operations.
  • Oversee production or operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Review and align operations with sales forecasts to meet production and inventory requirements.
  • Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth workflow especially during double-digit sale events and other high-volume periods.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Support process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with cosmetic industry regulations.
  • Prepare and submit basic operational reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in cosmetics, e-commerce, or FMCG operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production or inventory management systems.

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
