About the role

As a Store Supervisor at Good Pastry Café', you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail location in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, from staff supervision to customer service and inventory control.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and train a team of customer service associates to deliver exceptional service to our customers
  2. Manage store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  3. Identify and resolve any issues or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  4. Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  5. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development
  6. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
  7. Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the store

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service supervisory role
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive shopping experience
  4. Proficient in cash handling, inventory management, and data analysis
  5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  6. A passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to providing high-quality products and services
