  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates with HR internships are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

HR WORK DESCRIPTION ALIGNED TO NEEDS OF ORGANIZATION

  1. Hiring & Assessment

Coordinate with department heads for open roles

Post job ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews

Evaluate qualifications, attitude, and team fit

Finalize contracts and employment documents

  1. Onboarding & Orientation

Facilitate welcoming session for new hires

Discuss employment status, JD, Company Manual

Explain Code of Conduct (COC), Mission & Vision

Instill core values and culture

  1. Employee Assessments

Schedule and manage mid-year/year-end evaluations

Track performance growth and concerns

Prepare executive summary reports for Execom review

  1. Manpower Monitoring

Use attendance tools to track punctuality and availability

Coordinate with Scheduler & PQC to validate manpower efficiency

Address patterns of tardiness or absenteeism

  1. Leave Management

Receive and log LOA, SL, VL, and AWOL incidents

Communicate approvals/disapprovals with heads

Flag suspicious trends for intervention

  1. 13th Month & Payroll Inputs

Weekly check and declaration of 13th month computation

Coordinate with PPRH & Accounting for updates

Ensure transparency and completeness

  1. DOLE Compliance

Attend to inquiries or labor issues

Ensure contracts, terminations, and disputes are documented

Align company policies with legal mandates

  1. Monthly Campaigns / Camaraderie

Lead monthly activities: birthdays, baby showers, successes

Roll out motivational campaigns (Virtue Series, Formation Talks)

Collaborate with Admin & Core Group for planning
