Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Outreach Activities: Actively participate in job fairs and community events to promote open positions and represent the company.
  • Onboarding - Ensure that the work kit is available prior to onboarding. Facilitate contract signing and company orientation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment preferably in a construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for job fairs and outreach events.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferably available to start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
