About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will manage a variety of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational support. This role will work closely with management to support the company's HR strategies and day-to-day needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain employee 201 files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including pre-employment requirements, orientation, and exit clearances.
  • Update and maintain employee records in the biometric system and attendance tracking tools.
  • Prepare and review attendance reports, logbooks, and related documentation for payroll processing.
  • Assist in implementing company policies, organizational charts, and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and assist in recruitment efforts.
  • Handle employee relations, including communication of company policies, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor compliance with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in health and safety compliance, wellness programs, and other HR-driven initiatives.
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (generalist or similar role).
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong/assertive personality.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
