Job Description:

As a
Sales and Executive Assistant
, you will be providing direct support to the management team while also assisting in sales-related activities. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to build their career foundation in both
administration and business development
.

Daily Tasks:

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and sales documents
  • Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and events
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor sales leads and follow up with potential clients
  • Support management in daily administrative and executive tasks
  • Handle emails, documentation, and filing requirements
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to
    relocate and work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and adaptable
