Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate is skilled in creating compelling marketing campaigns, managing social media, designing ads, and developing websites to drive sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms to engage and grow the audience.
  • Design digital ads and promotional materials for online and offline campaigns.
  • Build and maintain company websites and landing pages.
  • Generate sales leads and work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to improve campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing and sales.
  • Strong creativity and design skills.
  • Proficient in social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in website development and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising platforms.
  • Graphic design and multimedia skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
