Key Account Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the CVS channel.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the convenience store sector.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
2. Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CVS key accounts, store managers, and decision-makers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with convenience store partners.
3. Market Analysis and Insights
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the CVS sector.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve product performance and market share.
- Identify gaps and propose strategies to improve product availability and visibility.
4. Promotions and Merchandising
- Plan and implement in-store promotions, displays, and marketing activities.
- Ensure proper product placement, shelf space optimization, and compliance with branding standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns tailored to the CVS channel.
5. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account information, and inventory levels.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work closely with the supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the convenience store sector and consumer behavior.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales management software and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and store visits.
