Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships within the renewable energy sector. This role focuses on promoting sustainable energy solutions such as solar systems, energy efficiency products, and related technologies to commercial and industrial clients. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding, sales acumen, and a passion for clean energy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, particularly in the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment.
  • Conduct client presentations and technical discussions to promote renewable energy solutions such as solar PV systems, energy storage, and other clean energy technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, project developers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to design and propose customized energy solutions based on client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and cost-benefit analyses to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the renewable energy industry.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, industry events, and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all client communications, proposals, and contracts.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates to the Sales Manager or Head of Business Development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, solar, power solutions, or industrial automation industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
  • Technical aptitude to understand solar PV systems, energy solutions, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with Power BI or data-driven reporting is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel to client sites and attend industry events when necessary.
