We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the Australian and New Zealand markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, appointment setting, client acquisition, and relationship management, with the ability to drive revenue growth and establish strategic partnerships across the AU/NZ region.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate leads across various channels including, but not limited to, company-provided databases, self-sourced lists, online directories, LinkedIn, and relevant social media platforms.
  • Outbound & Inbound Client Engagement: Conduct outbound activities such as cold calling, outbound emails, and direct social media outreach (e.g. LinkedIn messaging) to engage potential clients. Handle and respond to any inbound calls or enquiries from prospects with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Qualification of Prospects: Initiate meaningful conversations with decision makers to understand their business needs, pain points, and suitability for the company's solutions. Assess and qualify the opportunity for potential sales engagement.
  • Appointment Setting: Book and coordinate qualified appointments for the company's Sales Directors, Managers, or any designated representatives. Ensure accurate scheduling, preparation, and handover of relevant client background information for each booked meeting.
  • Sales Support and Follow-up: Send sales and marketing materials to prospective clients as needed to support the company's business development objectives. Follow up on previous interactions to build relationships, maintain interest, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • CRM Management: Accurately document and maintain all client interactions, lead information, call outcomes, and follow-up actions in the company's designated CRM or tracking tools.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with internal teams to continuously refine outreach messaging, targeting strategies, and campaign effectiveness. Provide feedback and recommendations based on market insights.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform lead generation efforts and positioning of the company's services.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or appointment setting role — ideally within offshoring/outsourcing, managed services, staffing, recruitment, or any B2B environment with global exposure.
  • Proven experience engaging with international clients, particularly in Australia, New Zealand, the US, or the UK markets.
  • Strong background in cold outreach – comfortable initiating conversations via phone, email, and LinkedIn, with a high level of professionalism and confidence.
  • Solid understanding of sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, SPIN, or similar) and ability to assess prospects effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal – able to craft compelling outreach messages and handle objections smoothly.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, especially in managing follow-ups and tracking prospect touch points.
  • Strong research skills and market awareness, with the ability to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
