Business Development Executive

Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
As the Company's representative, your role is to understand what makes OODC the right choice for the clients, and to clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with the Company.
- You will identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
- You will handle the end-to-end sales process using a consultative approach to understanding the unique needs of our clients to tailor the solutions to meet their requirements.
- You will develop and manage your sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals with clients in various industries.
- You will initiate and manage effective relationships with developed leads continuously.
- You will actively collaborate with cross-functional leaders in aligning the clients' requirements with the team's deliverables.
- You will be reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing to evaluate market research and adjust new business strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business or any related field is preferred but not required
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least three (3) years of experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, who is excited to meet new connections
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed targets.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A lifelong learner who is excited to put his/her learnings into action.
