About the role
As an Asset Management Specialist at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the company's physical assets. Working in a fast-paced call centre environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient utilization and maintenance of the company's valuable resources. This full-time role is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What You'll Do:
The role involves managing the full lifecycle of asset registration, data integrity, and reporting, including:
- Asset Registration & Data Management: Collaborating with support and service teams to register all assets in the system, adjusting asset data based on requirements, and manually applying warranties/subscriptions in Salesforce.
 - Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Communicating the status of asset registration to internal teams, partners, and customers and supporting the sales team on subscription renewals.
 - Auditing & Reporting: Performing regular asset audits, managing asset dashboards in Salesforce, and generating reports to provide insights into asset performance and trends.
 - Process Improvement & Financials: Working with management to refine SOPs for asset processes, identifying process improvement opportunities, issuing purchase orders to vendors, and tracking project expenses and budget variances.
 - Support & Training: Answering emails and phone inquiries related to asset support, assisting with onboarding and training new customers on the InControl platform, and escalating problems as needed.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate needs 2+ years of experience in detailed project coordination, asset management, or high-volume customer service. Extreme detail-orientation and an enterprising, self-starter attitude are essential.
Highly Preferred Experience:
- Experience in EV, solar, battery, or similar industries.
 - Experience with service/subcontractor deployment software like Salesforce (highly preferred), Zendesk, or dispatching software.
 - Experience in a startup business and adaptability to changing strategies.
 
Core Capabilities:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
 - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal).
 - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
 - Proven detailed follow-through with every customer.
