Position Title: Performance Test Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for quality assurance or testing in relation to simple to complex system enhancements and implementations. Specifically tasked to:

  • Test Analysis and Design using Test Design techniques
  • Test Script or procedure development
  • Test data specifications
  • Preparation of Requirements Traceability Matrix
  • Review and sign-off

Role Exposure:

  • Enhance your critical thinking by knowing how to think from a customer's perspective throughout the entire software development cycle.
  • Learn to effectively communicate with business units, especially when it comes to discussing issues with development.
  • Develop collaboration and social skills thru working closely with project teams to ensure a successful product release

Qualifications:

  • With at least 3 years of Performance Testing and/or automation testing
  • Familiarity in using Selenium testing tool
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to project manage, troubleshoot and think out of the box.
  • High-level technical writing skills.
