Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software

Essential Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Knowledge of Philippine BIR tax regulations and compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Xero certification or other accounting software credentials
  • Experience in real estate or commission-based industries
