Teleperformance is urgently hiring an IT Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sucat, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to ensure the smooth operation of our client's IT systems and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related problems.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect the integrity of IT systems.
  • Conduct regular system monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance IT capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT Specialist or similar role.
