Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records
- Assist with emails, calls, and internal communication
- Prepare simple reports, inventory lists, and schedules
- Support management with clerical tasks
- Coordinate office and kitchen supplies
- Canvass prices, place orders, and negotiate with suppliers
- Handle stock inventory and update inventory records
- Help ensure smooth daily operations in the restaurant/commissary
Qualifications:
- With experience as an Admin Assistant in a restaurant or commissary industry (preferred)
- Strong organizational, time management, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills
- Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) or Google Workspace and other office tools
