Job Title: Area Sales Representative – Cavite

Location: Cavite Area

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Representative (ASR) to manage sales operations in Cavite. The successful candidate should have experience in at least one of the following industries: construction, hardware, power tools, or hand tools. This role involves building client relationships, promoting products, and meeting sales goals within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales accounts within the Cavite area.
  • Promote and sell products to dealers, retailers, and direct customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Conduct product presentations, training, and demonstrations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and track performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for deliveries and after-sales support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Experience as an ASR in construction, hardware, power tools, or hand tools (at least one is required).
  • Must hold a Professional Driver's License.
  • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel within Cavite for fieldwork.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
