Work Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PHT, Monday-Friday
Overview:
The role focuses heavily on Singapore-based HR operations, including payroll management, foreign worker administration, government compliance, and HRIS operations using Whyze HR.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on HR experience in the Singapore setting and thrives in a fast-paced environment within the construction, engineering, or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Administration
- Manage the full HR operations cycle for Singapore-based employees.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, contracts, and movement documentation.
- Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll via Whyze HR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle salary changes, reimbursements, wage adjustments, and employee deductions.
- Ensure compliance with IRAS, CPF, MOM, and other statutory guidelines.
- Foreign Worker Management
- Manage end-to-end work pass administration, including:
- Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass applications
- Renewals, cancellations, transfers, and appeals
- Monitoring quotas, levies, and validity timelines
- Liaise with MOM, regulatory bodies, and immigration-related stakeholders as needed.
- Business Partnering
- Coordinate closely with Singapore site operations, project leads, and department heads.
- Consult on HR-related concerns, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.

Qualifications:
- Has 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience in a Singapore environment (not advisory-only).
- Has a strong background in construction, engineering, marine, industrial, or similar industries with a high proportion of foreign workers.
- Has a solid experience in Singapore payroll, HR operations, and MOM-compliance processes.
- Has proven expertise in: Work pass administration (WP, S Pass, EP), MOM and Levy Management
- Statutory submissions and compliance
- Practical working experience with Whyze HR, especially payroll (leave/attendance experience is an advantage).
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating online with operations managers and site teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail.
