  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment agreements.
  • Assess credit risk and recommend appropriate credit limits for new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with the billing team to resolve discrepancies or disputes quickly.
  • Generate and present credit control reports, including aging analysis and collection status.
  • Support month-end closing by providing updates on collections and outstanding accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and legal regulations.
