Credit Counsel Elite (CCE) is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team

We are looking for a warm, detail-driven, and energetic Client Onboarding Specialist - someone who loves meeting new people, guiding them through processes, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy helping others, are organized to your core, and can juggle multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat, this might be your next favorite role.

What You'll Do

You will be the first friendly voice and face our members meet - the one who makes them feel confident and cared for. You'll manage their onboarding experience, ensure their AI-generated credit dispute letters go out every 15 days, and help keep our finance and operations records accurate and timely.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming new members via Zoom and guiding them through the CCE App and credit-repair software
  • Ensuring all onboarding steps are completed and members know what happens next
  • Verifying documents and generating AI-powered dispute letters every 15 days (no missed cycles)
  • Maintaining accurate member data, fulfillment calendars, and dashboards
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve any member or billing concerns
  • Handling payment confirmations, inbox triage, and chargeback documentation
  • Logging every action, note, and update - same day, every time

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in onboarding, customer success, operations, or admin support

(credit or financial services background is a plus)

  • Excellent communication - friendly on calls, clear in emails, confident with clients
  • Impeccable attention to detail (names, addresses, dates - you catch everything)
  • Strong process-following and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using tools like CRMs, shared inboxes, Google Drive, and Zoom
  • Basic finance admin understanding (payments, chargebacks, receipts)
  • Positive, patient, and proactive attitude - you get things done before being asked
