About the Role
As a Mortgage & Credit Process Officer, you'll be the backbone of our brokers — ensuring every client enjoys a seamless journey from application to settlement.
This isn't just an admin role — it's a key support position where your servicing expertise, precision, and communication skills truly shine.
You'll handle the end-to-end servicing process — reviewing documents, liaising with clients and brokers, managing applications in Salestrekker and Flex, and making sure every loan moves forward smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Be the go-to servicing specialist supporting Australian mortgage brokers with all client and loan-related tasks.
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
- Review payslips, credit reports, and client documents with accuracy and care.
- Oversee compliance and credit policy checks to maintain high-quality standards.
- Handle Personal Assistant (PA) duties that streamline daily broking operations.
- Work efficiently using Salestrekker and Flex to track and manage loan progress.
- Anticipate broker and client needs — delivering a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of servicing experience in the Australian mortgage industry.
- Proven track record as a para broker, loan servicing officer, or loan support specialist.
- Hands-on experience using Salestrekker and Flex (essential).
- Familiarity with SMSF, commercial, and self-employed loans (highly desirable).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a client-first mindset.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
