Key Accounts Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our most strategic clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and delivering tailored solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to deliver customized solutions that meet client expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, proactively resolve issues, and conduct regular business reviews with clients.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and negotiate contracts to secure profitable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or dairy/food industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive business results.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site or in the field as needed.
