  • Strategic Procurement & Supplier Management for Indirect Materials- Leads sourcing initiatives and manages key indirect commodities critical to operations, fostering strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply, cost efficiency, and alignment with company standards.
  • Compliance & Operational Excellence- Ensures purchasing policies and ethical standards are upheld while efficiently processing requisitions, resolving supplier issues, and facilitating smooth transitions in procurement responsibilities for indirect materials.
  • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement- Analyzes spend, market trends, and daily operations to recommend cost-saving strategies and improve purchasing effectiveness, supported by timely reporting and process enhancements.
  • Must hold position of trust & confidence because of access to controlled areas, drawings and documents where paints and chemicals are being manufactured.

Qualifications

  • College degree in Business Administration / Management, Engineering, Diploma in Supply Chain or any related field of study from an accredited institution.
  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in active buying.
  • With good understanding of the procurement process and supply base management is an advantage.
