Position: Purchasing Staff

Location: Square One Building,Mandaue City, Cebu

Job Responsibilities:

-Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.

-Process purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery.

-Coordinate with logistics providers and handle import documentation when necessary.

-Communicate with suppliers regarding product specifications, pricing, and shipping schedules.

-Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.

-Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, and payment transactions.

-Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures and import regulations.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in any related field of the position

-With at least 1 year of exeprience in purchasing, preferably with international procurement or import coordination.

-Knowledge in import documentation and shipping processes is an advantage.

-Organized, trustworthy, an d able to work with minimal supervision.
